Record an install (what `incantory add` reports)

POST/api/v1/prompts/{owner}/{slug}/installsToken optional

Anonymous calls are allowed. Deduplicated per UTC day by a salted daily hash of the client IP (or the user) and the tool; a repeat answers counted: false. Rate-limited per caller.
